Property By Owner's Photo-ads Are Far More Effective
Than Newspaper Classifieds!
You could decide to do it all yourself without any help
from
Property By Owner™, but of course you would still need to
advertise... somewhere. You could place an advertisement in the
newspaper classifieds only to find that most of the calls you get are
from agents and investors.
According to an Inman News Report
published on
July 15, 2003, 11% of buyers surveyed first learned about the home they
bought on the internet, up from 8% in 2001. Yard signs accounted for
16% and Newspapers only accounted for about 7% of sales.

The tiny classified ads are so expensive that home
